Welcome to the Remidio Data Tool

Pull clinical exam data from the Remidio backend into your own spreadsheets — no API knowledge needed.

What you can do with this tool

  • Append exam data to your spreadsheet. Upload your CSV or Excel sheet, pick the API fields you care about (AI report values, exam dates, image counts, etc.), and the tool fills in the matching row for every patient.
  • Download images. For every patient in your sheet, save the fundus images into a folder organised by identifier and date.
  • Download AI reports. Same as above, but the PDF AI reports for each patient.

How it works

  1. Log in with your Remidio study account.
  2. Upload the sheet you want enriched (or skip if you only want images / reports).
  3. Pick the site and device the exams came from.
  4. Map the matching identifier column on each side.
  5. Choose which API columns to append.
  6. Generate the file and download any images or reports you need.
PHI safety: MRN, first name, and last name are never written into the appended output or download filenames. MRN remains usable for matching records — it's just kept out of the result.

Pick which API columns to append

Each row below is a field returned by the API. Tick the ones you want appended to your sheet. You can also rename the column header that goes into the output.

PHI fields (MRN, first name, last name, etc.) are listed but cannot be appended. They remain available for record matching in the previous step.
